Awful distracting back ground music

I read all of the reviews and listened to a sample and no mention of the too loud plinky plonk back ground music. Yet another chakra meditation book ruined by the distracting, non relaxing background music . Awful sound, do not waste your money on this. I’ll be getting a refund. I think a lot of the reviews on this audible are fake

Full of great affirmations

I love the narrators voice. It's nice to listen too. For the most part I agree with what he said. Only one thing stood out I didn't really agree with and it was the "I deserve" which would mean on the flip side that I didn't deserve. Idk lol I'm a very heady person which is why I'm need of meditation.

Wonderful techniques of weight loss

I've just listened the book, and everything made sense, and even reading the written words had a calming effect on me. I'm going to try to remember to repeat some of the mantras throughout the day, and see if that works for my "boredom eating" at work.

Music too loud

The actual words are good but its ruined by the very monotonous and loud music. will get a refund.

Concise listen

I've used the program for two weeks and have seen a tremendous change in my appetite. I have zero desire to eat junk or fast food. I began with an open mind and 100% dedication to the program and will purchase other titles in the future.

Hypnosis works well

From the very beginning day I noticed a change in my sleep pattern. I think it's working on my eating habits, I've been using it about a week and I've noticed some changes the most extreme change has been in sleep, very relaxing, very soothing, lulls me into a deep sleep.

Nice audio book.

This audio book is a great guide that teaches you how to control your dreams. I love been practicing lucid dreaming for years without my knowledge of what it was.

The book is amazing

The book is amazing to lose weight rapidly. there have all rules to lose weight such as meditation, mini habits and so on. I liked this book and enjoy the rules to keep healthy.

This is not relaxing

This probably could be good, but the background music is super distracting and the reader reads with no understanding of what he is reading.

15 minutes out of 4 hours

There is maybe 15 minutes at best that may be decent. The rest of the book was just filler junk they put together to publish. I guess the other 74 reviews before me were fans already there wanted to boost the book. The music is repetitive like crazy. The words are repetitive like crazy. It’s actually more of stress provoking more than relaxing and meditating. It’s a great idea, but they need to revise the pitch of the music over the words and maybe have a sound more in harmony with the content.
