Very inspiring

I love about this book is that it has specific examples of how to go about treating certain concerns, like phobias, etc. The examples allow you to practice until you get it right. A great book for anyone who wants to achieve his goals thru positive and guided approach to hypnosis weight lose

I recommend this guide

I really enjoyed this audiobook bundle. This is one that I will listen to again and again.The narrator's voice was very calm and it was very easy to listen to and understand.I found that the affirmations really stick with you later on and provide helpful encouragement.

Easy to follow and Positive

I want my money back

It just talks about health, carbs, what happens when you eat certain things. Extremely boring. Was not a hypnosis. Was not calming. Just a guy talking the entire time. Waste of a credit.

Pleased with results

This One's the BEST

Having lost a substantial amount of weight with a local hypnotherapist who later moved away, I began collecting a library of hypnosis book for weight control. Of the dozen or so I've used, this one far exceeds the others in quality and efficacy.this book really helpful

Excellent way to motivate and move forward

My wife and I had slightly different experiences with this product. She actually feel into a deep sleep. I simply was greatly relaxed. The presenter was obviously experienced and knew her stuff! It is something we'll both use over and over. Oh, and it was received on time and in excellent shape.

amazing formula

This is an excellent tape for weight loss and exercise motivation. I can hear the Hypnotists voice in my head all day motivating me. I would recommend it if you are serious about weight loss and have tried all the diets and have failed. Weight loss is not about diet it is about addressing all the emotional issues associated with eating.

Excellent book!

I haven't been 'needing' food or, sweets mostly, to get through my day.I don't really think about it anymore.I am making much better food choices while in the grocery store and have started incorporating excercise into my life again.

Seems to work

One benefit is that I sleep better. Odd because at the end of the first session, the doctor says you will feel refreshed. I have no trouble falling off to sleep but I sleep through the night until the alarm goes off the next morning. I haven't done that !

so far, so good. i have not lost weight doing this over the past two weeks, but i sure am not snacking anymore. not even a little. and, i sleep like THE DEAD at night now. So i am feeling better all around. my cravings for sweets is WAY down and i have not had a piece of candy or a granola bar in over a week. I love my sweets, too.

Try it!

Lost weight and counting. Doesn't work for everyone. Must know meditation as the techniques used are the same. So if you can relax your mind for about 1/2 hour, this will work.
