Nothing new

I could not even finish the book as the narrator was so robotic it was boring to listen to. Throughout the book all information is very repetitive and it was all known information for anyone who has any interest in healthy living and eating. A little bit info about hypnosis benefit to healthy living but I am sure you could have researched this info online and then get a specialist to complete hypnotherapy as book suggests. Waste of time and money

I found this book to be a very soothing hypnosis listen. I am hoping that it will have a positive impact on my weight-loss goal. Best informative.



I've tried every weight loss program out there and have had some success but always manage to gain the weight back. Over the years I've slowly come to realize it's my own self defeatist "all or nothing" attitude that's ultimately my undoing. When I saw this book I wasn't sure what to expect but figured I would give it a try - it couldn't hurt! I just finished listening for the first time and feel pretty hopeful. The narrator's voice and the background music is very soothing and relaxing and the message is very positive. The narrator recommends listening to the book while lying down or sitting in a comfy chair, but if you tend to fall asleep easily, I would recommend a chair because you do get VERY relaxed and will be listening for a little over an hour. That being said, it's recommended that you listen to the book on a daily basis, so it is a time commitment, but I'm worth it, so I'm going to make this a priority and see what happens. I am hopeful, so that's a great start!
