Wife loved it!

Very goog meditation

This is a audio book to meditate on losing weight. If you know about the law of attraction this can be a real powerful technique. Having listened to a number of meditation things similar to this, I feel in comparison this is a very well done recording.

Impressive

Nice mind shift for starting to think about food in a healthy way and to actually want to exercise. There is never a shortcut to losing weight or staying fit, but your mindset can really make all the difference. I love the positive shifts that happen with this wonderful, powerful audio.

I love the idea of Weight Loss

I love the idea of maintaining my weight, getting healthier and more energy through intermittent fasting. An easy book to listen and understand. It’s time to get started! The author did a fantastic job in presenting and explaining the benefits of intermittent fasting! I would recommend this book strongly.

Must read for any fasters!

Anyone who has an interest in fasting or weight loss needs to read this book, makes the whole weight loss formula seem so simple and achievable, I've tried every diet out there and intermittent fasting is much more of a lifestyle and gives you so much more freedom while dieting as well as making it so simple to lose weight- highly recommend to anyone on their weight loss journey!

Great Weight Loss Habits

I would highly recommend this book to anyone looking to make healthy changes in life. Some of the other reviews mention that you should skip early chapters, but I disagree. I think the earlier chapters about general nutrition and habit-forming help to set the groundwork for an individual to be able to make positive changes. I thought the narrator was great also. Must-read if you are serious about changing your lifestyle to a healthier one.

life changing book

I really enjoyed the mini habit books that I listen to I am applying the principles daily in my life and it helps me feel successful because the size of the accomplishment is so reasonable I feel that it will ultimately change me from the inside out

Finally a real plan for change!

This is not about fast results. It's about rewiring the brain so you no longer want to keep an unhealthy lifestyle. It utilizes the brains short term reward system response to solidify better choices iin the long run and gain eventual results that don't send you back to the endless cycle of weight gain that yoyo dieting inevitably does. This approach removes the element of deprivation, shame and fear often associated with other diet plans. Sound research and science, logical and entertaining, and I really agree with the concept of whole natural foods. This concept is now becoming my new approach to everything I hope to accomplish.

Worth Reading

Absolutely loved the book and the narration could not be any better. Mini Habits are very applicable and it has truly gotten me through my negative mental block for getting healthy again. I'll be patient for my results :) Thank you Stephen Guise!

Very interesting ideas

I have tried several ways to lose a weight. i have basically given up on trying. the idea of small habits is great. Something I can do even after working 10 - 12 hours a day! Thanks for inspiration from mini habits !!

if you want to be healthier, get it!
