A great book if you are considering incorporating fasting into your lifestyle. I already do a modified version of fasting and need to expand my window and eventually work my way into an extended fast. This book gave a lot of info in an easy to understand manner. I am excited to attempt my first extended fat fast before I work my way into a true extended fast.
