Summary

In his liveliest and most entertaining book to date, Steve Chandler boldly takes on the entitled victim mindset with a series of warrior principles and stories to fire up even the most cynical soul.

With heartbreaking biographical honesty, Chandler tells his own story of underachievement, alcoholism, bankruptcy, and shame. Then, in the encouraging spirit of "If I can do this anybody can," he gives us all the turnaround inspirations that converted him from wealth worrier to wealth warrior.

Great Content. Terrible Delivery.

I found the content inspiring in many ways but the narration is appalling. It sounds as if they recorded someone saying every word in the dictionary and then used some software to choose the words from the book.
On the plus side, in the spirit of "even I can do better than that", it inspired me to make an audio recording of myself reading my notes and I've started doing the same with other notes

Horrendous narration

I really want the content of this book but the narration is intolerable- I don’t know if I can even listen to it. Wth is wrong with this? He makes each sentence sound like a one-line movie promo. Is this guy for real? Do yourself a favor and sample before you purchase. I wish I would have.

Book is good but it sounds like it’s read by a robot

The content is great but this sound like a machine reading the book. It’s hard to listen to.

Book is great, but...

The guy reading it sounds like he has a mental disorder. Please get someone else to read this book. This is hard. To listen to. (<—That’s how he reads!)

Content great, Narrator not so much

I have heard great things about this book and decided to go audible first and the content lived up to the hype. However, unless you are a fan of a speech pattern with a lot of pauses you won’t like the narrator. Other Steve Chandler audibles has great narrators, this is an exception.

Please understand thought, the content is amazing

Distracting narration

I’m only on chapter 7 and so far it seems interesting, but the voice that’s reading the book is so robotic and has such a strange tone cadence that I can barely hear the story. The voice is so distracting I don’t know if I can get through the book. But I will try because the hardcover had such great reviews.
