Summary

Are you ready to fill your life with more peace, power, and joy?

We Should All Be Millionaires details a realistic, achievable, step-by-step path to creating the support, confidence, and plan you need to own your success and become the millionaire the world needs you to be.

Only 10 percent of the world’s millionaires are women, making it difficult for women to wield the economic power that will create lasting equality. Whatever is stopping you from having seven figures in the bank - whether it’s shaky confidence, knowledge gaps when it comes to wealth building tactics, imposter syndrome, a janky mindset about money (it’s okay, we’ve all been there!), or simply not knowing where to begin - this book shows you how to clear every obstacle in your way, show up, and glow up.

We Should All Be Millionaires will forever change the way you think about money and your ability to earn it.

In this book, Rachel Rodgers - a Black woman, mother of four, attorney, business owner, and self-made millionaire - shares the lessons she’s learned both in her own journey to wealth and in coaching hundreds of women through their own journeys to seven figures.

Inside, you’ll learn:

  • Why earning more money is not “selfish” or “greedy” but in fact, a revolutionary act that brings the economy into balance and creates a better world for all.
  • Why most of the financial advice you’ve heard in the past (like “skip your daily latte to save money”) is absolute, patriarchal nonsense.
  • An eye-opening history lesson on how women and people of color have been shut out of the ability to build wealth for centuries - and how we can fix this.
  • How to stop making broke-ass decisions that leave you feeling emotionally and financially depleted and start making million-dollar decisions instead.
  • Why aiming to earn $100K per year is not enough, and why you need to be setting your goals much higher.
  • Strategies to bring more money in the door and fatten your bank account immediately. (Including Rodgers’$10K in 10 Days Challenge which hundreds of women have completed - with incredible results.)

It’s time to construct an entirely new attitude about money, claim your power, and build the financial security that you need and deserve - so you can stop just surviving, and start thriving. Let’s begin.

Loved this book

I've read many personal development books boyt this ranks up there with the best. As a 61 year old white woman I am not who the book is aimed at BUT as a n oler woman I am marginalised in society so most of it was spot on relevant to me.

Great sound advice looking at the issues women face daily.

YES to wealthy women!!

I love how straightforward, empowering, and inspiring this book is. The world needs more wealthy women! Great stories, rich with facts and action steps. Love it!
A side note: it was a bit hard to listen to it. It feels like the book is read monotonously in one breath without any ‘space’ or ‘brakes.’ Will have to buy a hard copy :)

Some Good Content In Between the Opinions

The first half of this book is the author bragging about her own success and telling you why you should listen to her. It’s filled with anecdotes, political opinions and “studies” that are unabashedly cherry picked just to justify the author’s opinions. The second half finally delves into some really good content about action steps for starting a business along with a great challenge to motivate immediate action. There are some great lessons learned as well as dos and don’ts that are quite valuable. This book really should only be half the length, but if you can get through the political opinions and autobiographical fluff, there are some great nuggets for an aspiring entrepreneur.

Inspiring, actionable, and not just for entrepreneurs

I’m not an entrepreneur, but I am a woman and an executive leader of a $20mil non-profit. Rachel called me out in Chapter 1 on my nonsense “money story” — that was just the beginning of her telling me the truth and I am so here for it. I may not run my own business but I know I will use Rachel’s thought work and Million Dollar Behavior to help guide my executive leadership decisions. I’ve now bought multiple copies of the hardcover version for some women in my life who I know could benefit from Rachel’s message.

Blah

I really want to like this book, but ultimately the history story falls flat, as the narrator (the author) is so monotone and boring. It ultimately feels like I'm listening to a history lecture in high school. Where is the passion?!

I have been binge-listening to entrepreneur books for 3 months, and this is the first time I can't finish one. I wish I could ask for my money back.

Absolutely ridiculous 🙄

This is supposed to be a book on achieving wealth....
But a 5th of the content here is of her spouting her belief in systemic racism, oppression and sexism. And how "the white man" oppresses all minorities 🤦‍♂️. I would not recommend this book to anyone...

Wonderful material, wonderfully read

A great mindset book! Not only does she give great tips on how to increase your income, she gives you new millionaire thoughts to replace the stinking thinking that is so common for women. I feel motivated to get out there and conquer the world!

We Should ALL Read Rachel Rodger's Book!!

I have both the audio & Kindle versions of We Should All Be Millionaires! I also gifted the paperback to my sister. I will definitely be buying several copies for all the women in my life. I'll probably get some to give to strangers! This book is informative, funny and a must read. The best part is all of the action steps that we can take now!
