Summary

Are you ready to fill your life with more peace, power, and joy?

We Should All Be Millionaires details a realistic, achievable, step-by-step path to creating the support, confidence, and plan you need to own your success and become the millionaire the world needs you to be.

Only 10 percent of the world’s millionaires are women, making it difficult for women to wield the economic power that will create lasting equality. Whatever is stopping you from having seven figures in the bank - whether it’s shaky confidence, knowledge gaps when it comes to wealth-building tactics, imposter syndrome, a janky mindset about money (it’s okay, we’ve all been there!), or simply not knowing where to begin - this book shows you how to clear every obstacle in your way, show up, and glow up.

We Should All Be Millionaires will forever change the way you think about money and your ability to earn it.

In this book, Rachel Rodgers - a Black woman, mother of four, attorney, business owner, and self-made millionaire - shares the lessons she’s learned both in her own journey to wealth and in coaching hundreds of women through their own journeys to seven figures.

Inside, you’ll learn:

  • Why earning more money is not “selfish” or “greedy” but in fact, a revolutionary act that brings the economy into balance and creates a better world for all.
  • Why most of the financial advice you’ve heard in the past (like “skip your daily latte to save money”) is absolute patriarchal nonsense.
  • An eye-opening history lesson on how women and people of color have been shut out of the ability to build wealth for centuries - and how we can fix this.
  • How to stop making broke-ass decisions that leave you feeling emotionally and financially depleted and start making million-dollar decisions instead.
  • Why aiming to earn $100K per year is not enough, and why you need to be setting your goals much higher.
  • Strategies to bring more money in the door and fatten your bank account immediately. (Including Rodgers’ $10K in 10 Days Challenge, which hundreds of women have completed - with incredible results.)

It’s time to construct an entirely new attitude about money, claim your power, and build the financial security that you need and deserve - so you can stop just surviving and start thriving. Let’s begin.

PLEASE NOTE: When you purchase this title, the accompanying PDF will be available in your Audible Library along with the audio.

Loved this book

I've read many personal development books boyt this ranks up there with the best. As a 61 year old white woman I am not who the book is aimed at BUT as a n oler woman I am marginalised in society so most of it was spot on relevant to me.

Great sound advice looking at the issues women face daily.

YES to wealthy women!!

I love how straightforward, empowering, and inspiring this book is. The world needs more wealthy women! Great stories, rich with facts and action steps. Love it!
A side note: it was a bit hard to listen to it. It feels like the book is read monotonously in one breath without any ‘space’ or ‘brakes.’ Will have to buy a hard copy :)

Just amazing

It’s like no other, the humour the relatability is unmatched for me. I could literally see me in close to all these scenarios! Not just inspiring but the straight talking and harsh reality just puts thing into real prospective! And yes I want to be out of debt make a million and not have to give up the little things I find joy in now. Thank you!

Disappointing

I wanted to love this book and maybe I’d love the written version but unfortunately the audio book just isn’t great.
There are great messages in there but the delivery is monotonous and like the author didn’t care at all about making the audio book a great experience.
She sounds indifferent, there’s no changes in tempo, tone or style in her delivery and there are no pauses.
It’s just an ongoing flood of sentences one after another.

I really don’t like leaving negative reviews but this purchase felt like a waste of money. I couldn’t finish the book.

too monotonous

too monotonous, I am struggling to listen. I prefer female authors because they are more joyful, this feels so much drama and difficult to listen to.

Enjoyed, related and learnt from this book

Overall this was a very good book that encourages ethnic minorities that we too can be millionaires.
Rachel summarizes the type of mentality you need and action steps to make your way well from a perspective of a black women using her own and other woman's experiences which left me feeling like I could do it too.
Not a critique for the author but a note to potential reader. I didn't feel like it caters for women who are at the beginning stages of trying to start their own business/establish their career. It is mainly geared towards those that have started and are now focused on making this your route to riches.
It is still definitely worth a listen to though

I can’t sleep because this book has left me buzzing!

This is such a brilliant book for anyone who knows they are worth much more than they earn but they are stuck for whatever reason. Rachel Rodgers delivers a compelling and persuasive argument that there is no better time than today and there is absolutely no reason why we can’t earn the money to have the life we want. I’m going to listen to it all over again and buy the hard copy.

This is the how to be a millionaire manual!

I am so pleased that this audiobook was narrated by Rachel - I felt at times she was directly talking to me in relation to my limiting beliefs. I have learnt practical ways of dealing with challenges I am currently facing on my entrepreneurial journey. One of the things I found empowering to me is Rachel was not/is not perfect, she is also a black woman and faced challenges which parallel my life - AND SHE DiID THE THING!!! She is a multi-millionaire. I am so inspired. I am going to listen to this audiobook again and buy the book. I would soooo recommend.

Very empowering book

What a bad ass book! It has given me all the courage to acknowledge all what we know to be already true as a black woman and the energy to surge forward

Some Good Content In Between the Opinions

The first half of this book is the author bragging about her own success and telling you why you should listen to her. It’s filled with anecdotes, political opinions and “studies” that are unabashedly cherry picked just to justify the author’s opinions. The second half finally delves into some really good content about action steps for starting a business along with a great challenge to motivate immediate action. There are some great lessons learned as well as dos and don’ts that are quite valuable. This book really should only be half the length, but if you can get through the political opinions and autobiographical fluff, there are some great nuggets for an aspiring entrepreneur.

Blah

I really want to like this book, but ultimately the history story falls flat, as the narrator (the author) is so monotone and boring. It ultimately feels like I'm listening to a history lecture in high school. Where is the passion?!

I have been binge-listening to entrepreneur books for 3 months, and this is the first time I can't finish one. I wish I could ask for my money back.

Inspiring, actionable, and not just for entrepreneurs

I’m not an entrepreneur, but I am a woman and an executive leader of a $20mil non-profit. Rachel called me out in Chapter 1 on my nonsense “money story” — that was just the beginning of her telling me the truth and I am so here for it. I may not run my own business but I know I will use Rachel’s thought work and Million Dollar Behavior to help guide my executive leadership decisions. I’ve now bought multiple copies of the hardcover version for some women in my life who I know could benefit from Rachel’s message.

Wonderful material, wonderfully read

A great mindset book! Not only does she give great tips on how to increase your income, she gives you new millionaire thoughts to replace the stinking thinking that is so common for women. I feel motivated to get out there and conquer the world!

Didn't care for all the "white man" references.

Decent book, but didn't care for all the negative "white man" references. Stopped listening after the 4th chapter.

Excellent

I read the book via audible, and it was great! Motivational and provided execution plans! I take a way the daily 7 habits. Second, hiring a personal assistant to do the things you dislike doing, and house chores to give you time to think for bigger executions. Thank you!

Great book-get it now

I will be listening to this again and again. I really liked that Rachel wasn’t robotical, it was very much like she was speaking directly to me in a conversation.

Now to figure out what my side biz will be to so I have do the $10k in 10 day change at some point.
