until listening to the afterword I did not realise how long ago this book was written. it was the book that started me following Dean koontz about 30 years ago. has always been my favourite and the original paper back never being got rid of. not having much time for reading was over the moon when it was finally released in audible form. a must to listen to. BRILLIANT

Watchers was the first Dean Koontz book I bought and I read it so many times my 1st copy almost fell apart. Thrilled to find it on audible and enjoyed it all over again

Dean Koontz writes such amazing characters that I feel sad when I have to leave them at the end of the story

It reminds me of Stephen King. The writing to me is as descriptive and skilled. The style is similar to Stephens better works. This is just my view of the style. I really loved it.. I couldn't have anticipated what it was about. Its been around as a book for a long time but is clearly a classic book. I'm so glad I read it. It is likely to stay with me for a long time...something about it is quite nostalgic.
