You look so much like her.

You could be her.

You will be her…

Meet Millie, a personal trainer and loyal friend; she sees the best in people. When a kind, good-looking workman helps her out with a flat tyre, she’s thankful but soon forgets it. When their paths cross again and he helps her out a second time, romance blossoms.

Millie has no idea that behind his mask

lies something truly terrifying…

Meet Paul, a painter, decorator and all-round tradesman; he’s liked and trusted. Paul’s a social chameleon, spinning the wheel of convincing characters to fill any given situation. He’s a loner with no friends; he has no need for them.

Paul’s a functioning psychopath – functioning, that is, until he sees her…

I’m not sure on this one, it’s probably a bit graphic for me, Maybe a bit far fetched, Millie has pretty much had 3 different men in her bed in a week . Good narration though by my fav narrator.

Not sure

Exciting at some points my heart pounded only thing that let it down for me was Milly's narrator She's a bit flat & one dimensional Paul's 5 star very menacing

It was great learning their writing process

I adored this book, it was exciting and thrilling from the start to the end. I have listened to hundreds of books and very rarely feel the need to rate straight after wanting time to digest it properly, but I had to do this one straight away as I didn’t need to digest my feelings. A must listen

The constant twists and turns and fast pace of this audiobook and how it was written between the two authors and the narration too all led to many heart thumping moments and edge of my seat type feelings - not knowing what would happen, wanting a certain thing to happen, realising that wouldn’t have worked and the actual choices made by the characters were better - it was all just so realistic and (terrifyingly) almost like it was happening around me as I listened to each character’s dialogue. I don’t usually write reviews but if you like chilling thrillers full of twists and turns and breath holding moments (for the listener)
during the narration then give this a go! Fantastic and really enjoyed it. No spoilers for the end but it will leave you breathless and thoughtful - and I can imagine the paper copy would be one I’d have sat and read in one sitting it hooked me in so much. Please write more together!! 😀
