Love this, beautifully written, easy to understand and put into practice. First book I read of Charlie's was Dreams of Awakening, which again I highly recommend. Find it fabulous to use as reference also. Decided to buy Wake Up to Sleep on audible so I could listen with ear buds when going to bed. Perfect compliment to have written and audio information. I have been dealing with some issues and I've been reading and listening to a lot of very verbose books that end up not giving me any answers. I'm pretty rational so I don't like some vague answers about meditation and without any scientific backup. Charlie is really concise and explains everything really well. It's definitely given me a path forward and some direction.
