Story
When Casey Stevens went away to college four years ago, he ghosted on his straight best friend, Joel Vreeland. He hoped time and distance would lessen the unrequited affection he felt, but he only missed Joel more. Home for the holidays, Casey hopes they might find a way to be friends again. But Joel’s frosty reception reminds Casey of just how hard he had to fight to be Joel’s friend in the first place. It’s going to take a Christmas miracle to get past his cool façade again. Joel isn’t as straight as Casey believes, and years of pining for Casey have left him hurting.

Smart men never dabble with demons. I never claimed to be smart, but at least, I’m powerful enough to control them. When I bound Havoc to me nearly 300 years ago, I never realized how difficult he’d make my life, although “accidentally” lighting him on fire every now and then does bring a smile to my face. Havoc is handsome, mysterious, and somehow, my closest companion, even if we don’t always get along.

Being a hit man has its perks, but I never thought getting an accidental mooning by an attractive PI while he’s caught on a fence would be one of them. While it’s not exactly love at first sight, he’s captured my interest and won’t let go. Suddenly, I find myself caught in a game of cat and mouse, determined to attract the attention of Jackson, the PI who should be my enemy. He pretends like he’s not flattered by my flowers and the mentions of my totally-not-fictitious blow-up doll, Randy (or was it Dandy?), but I know better.

Every bartender should follow one simple rule - don't go home with the customers. That’s been easy for me to stick to, until the night a cocky, confident, and sinfully charming hockey star walks into my bar. This sexy athlete is too hard to resist, especially when he makes it clear how much he wants the “sarcastic, witty, hot AF” guy behind the bar - also known as me. Still, I’m not keen on breaking my own rules since I know where that can lead - no place good.

Continue the fun in episodes 4-6 of the soapy serial by best-selling author Leta Blake and newcomer Alice Griffiths!
Episode Four: Will & Patrick Fight Their Feelings

Episode Five: Will & Patrick Meet the Mob
Patrick has finally accepted that he's in love with Will, but his newfound determination to do something about that runs up against his father-in-law's mobster plans. Will must face the truth about his family before he can fully come to terms with his feelings for Patrick. Episode Six: Will & Patrick's Happy Ending
Sure, Will, and Patrick are in love now, but they weren’t when they got married in Vegas. For Patrick, that’s no problem, but Will can’t shake his doubts that a relationship started through coercion can ever become the real deal. Fantastic narration for such wonderful characters!
🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 5 stars 🔥🔥🔥🔥 Heat Level: 4 🎧🎧🎧🎧🎧 Narration: 4.5 All the feelings!!! I loved Will & Patrick! Episode Four: Will & Patrick Fight Their Feelings I was surprised how deep and dynamic the pair became and as their relationship adds some serious heat, emotions become entangled and they both face some new challenges. I loved Patrick's character development over these last few episodes and seeing him fall in love for the first time was wonderful. I enjoyed learning so much more about him and his past, my heart broke. Episode Five: Will & Patrick Meet the Mob They meet the Mob with a bang, some serious stress and a dangerous decline for Will. The Mob elements were hard to fathom throughout this with Will being who he is. His father was better than expected and thankfully Patrick didn't take any crap from such a dangerous man. All in all, I was thankful for Will finally standing up to his mother as she definitely needed a what for and it couldn't come soon enough. I was saddened by her attitude and interference and overall opinion of Will. She didn't even try to know him. He is more than his disease and addiction! Episode Six: Will & Patrick's Happy Ending Oh, my heart! A powerful, sad but wonderful ending to such great characters! I really enjoyed the journey and while I hated the 'separation' I understood. I loved Patrick's countdown and his need to help Will however he can. With a devastating loss for one of his patients, we were able to finally meet Patrick's family and thankfully Will and Patrick were able to face, acknowledge and accept their feelings and start/continue their unique connection and relationship. A wonderful HEA and there is just so much more to these two than meets the eye!!! Fantastic narration for such wonderful characters! I loved it all!!! Thanks for reading!

Off the Charts!!!!
I loved the books!!!! This has an entirely different approach to the cultural and social waves that happen with the LGB disposition - and adds Patrick and his residence in the Spectrum. Take a independently wealthy philanthropist (Will) in the middle of South Dakota, who has always been sheltered and a type I diabetic - cross him in Las Vegas (after a breakup) with Patrick, a brilliant neurosurgeon on the spectrum. This couple may seem too "out there" with this brief description, but you can only read and listen to their beautiful story to believe. Patrick is mid thirties, Will is 26, and Patrick has seen alot of life, had alot of pain - Will is a soul who feels deeply and has just been dumped by the guy his entire family has pushed him to be with, over and over again, to "keep him safe". This guy, Ryan keeps Will anything but safe.. and really is selfish, period - so good riddance, but it takes a bit for Will to understand that. In the meantime, Will & Patrick meet at a medical convention in Las Vegas, Will is drowning his sorrows, and Patrick sees him and somehow knows this guy is worth reaching outside of his self imposed autism walls. Patrick is nothing but straightforward and honest - sometimes painfully so. Will resists - but something starts to happen - - and through the stages of all these books this is 4-6 (there is a book 7 - and possibly another to follow!!! through all these books is a mesmerizing transformation of two people who are wonderful and just meant! Leta & Alice - please work together again and PS Please PLEASE (put all the rest of the series (through #7) on Audible! Can't wait - read this series 3 X and have listened to this recording twice - perfect!!!! PS and hoping for more on Will & Patricks life after honeymoon! John Solo is perfect narrator for these two!!!!!

Another fantastic audio performance by John Solo.
After I finished listening to the first three episodes of this serial (Will and Patrick Wake-Up Married 1-3) I couldn't wait to listen to the next three. But, wait I had to because I knew the next audiobook wouldn't be released for at least a couple more months. IT WAS WORTH THE WAIT! Like I said in my review of episodes 1-3, I really believe John Solo's performance is more than a good bit of why I liked this so much. The writing and story are great but I just don't think I would have heard the individual characters as distinctly in my own mind as I did while listening to John's performance. And it truly is a performance. Each character has a distinct voice and the way he conveys the depth of emotion that each of them feels is just amazing. Patrick progressed from being pretty much unlikable in episode one to being my favorite character by the end of episode six 6. I was sobbing in some places for what his character goes through but there are also light-hearted moments. And the sexy time? OMG what these two guys get up to. They are a bit on the kinky side but nothing too outrageous. Will is his same sweet self but he becomes a tiger when dealing with his douchebag of a father – who, by the end, maybe ends up not being as much of a douchebag as I first thought. I love the voice that John does for Will's father. I really can't say enough good things about this audiobook. I highly recommend it but you do need to listen to, or read, episodes 1-3 first. An advanced copy of this audiobook was provided to me but my review was voluntary and not influenced by the author. ***Reviewed for Xtreme-Delusions dot com***

I can't get enough of Will & Patrick
After listening to Episode 1-3, I can't wait to listen to the rest of the series. As stated previously, I actually read the ebooks first and I absolutely adore the series. The narration is fantastic and John Solo really gave the extra dimension to the characters that I love. If you are fan of the series, this audio should not be miss and if you are new to the series, just dive in! In Episode 4, things getting dirtier and kinkier and also heavier. I can't believe they went all BDSM on each other. But it was definitely welcome. I like their kinky fun vibe, which is not too intense. Things are definitely heating up between the sheets for these two. We also get to learn of Patrick's deepest darkest secret. It was sad, but nothing too hard to swallow. As per the title, they are fighting their feelings for each other. I guess, I better do a full sum after I finish the series. Things get a bit blurred for me and I'm not sure what happens in which installment. Episode 5: Oh, daddy mobster finally make his appearance in here. Since the beginning, we know about Will's mob connection, but never actually seen anything concrete beside the possible spy creeping around. Tony Molinaro is here now and he is not quite what I'm expecting. Patrick got more than what he bargained for when he is facing possible lawsuit and threats from his dearest father-in-law. Coupled with all his new found feelings for Will, he is questioning his own sanity. Honestly, waiting for Patrick to just confess his love is keeping me on the edge of my seat. Can't he just get over it already! Episode 6: Will and Patrick is a couple that I grow to love as the series progress. In this #6, I think all the self-inflicted misery is kind of a downer (Thank God we have #7 to make up for it). Patrick finally confessed his feelings after a long procrastination, and surprisingly Will reciprocate as well. But Will is doubting everything, due to his own addiction (he's now wondering is he having sex addition too. Thanks Owen) and doubting Patrick's commitment. So there is some painful moments that we have to deal with, but we know they gonna pull their head out their a**es sooner or later. The good point is we finally get to meet Patrick's foster family and they both a great couple. Will have some groveling to do, and I'm glad at least we have some hot make up sex.

Great end to the series
John Solo and Leta Blake did not let me down. In books 4-6 Will and Patrick are much more likeable. Will stops obsessing over his obnoxious ex and Patrick is less of an ass. They become the partners they are meant to be. It's not smooth sailing and the nay-sayers still have their say, but it all comes together in a very satisfying ending.

Just Wonderful!!!
If you are looking for something to pass the time while we are at home, I will wholeheartedly recommend this gem! 25 hours of wonderfulness that I just finished. This opens with a drunken wedding between strangers in Vegas and then becomes 25 hours of them getting to know each other as they build a relationship. It is such a well told story...it is funny, touching, snarky, frustrating at times, so steamy (takes a bit to get to the steam but when it does...holy smokes its on fire!). It made me laugh, smile, get emotional and just find reasons to sneak away to keep listening! I just adored it! Patrick is just a fabulous character. Leta Blake wrote an epic story here and John Solo brought it to life splendidly!!!

This series!
Gah! The sex, the FRUSTRATION, the meddling! Guys, it's the delicious Wake Up Married serial! This is a second read though for me, first time in audio, and I have to say, John Solo absolutely kills the narration. I have certainly judged him too harshly in the past because... wow. He IS Will and Patrick. I'll hear his voices in my head now when I think of those two guys. The story was almost excruciating to listen to in audio, though, because I wanted to slap Will sooooo hard this time around. The series is so frustrating but so, so good. And Leta Blake and Alice Griffiths absolutely KILL those sex scenes. OMG, do those ladies get me. A must listen for fans of the series, or if you are considering getting these books in audio for the first time Will/Patrick experience, don't hesitate!

Okay
Well, I have mixed feelings about this one. I need to start by saying that the authors didn’t do a bad job, just that it contains pretty much everything I don’t like in a book. Kink just isn’t for me and this book has a lot of it. Maybe you love kink and this book will be right up your alley. It was so different from episodes 1-3. I can’t say what I really dislike about it without giving away part of the ending, so spoil alert ahead, stop reading here if you don’t want to know. One of the things I hate most in a story is when the characters confess their love for each other but one of them need to prove he can be independent and so he leaves for a while. This isn’t the first or even second story I’ve read that does this and the more I read it the more I hate it.

Can put down. LOVED IT.
This review is for book 4, 5 and 6. I listened to this book at 1.60x Author: Leta Blake, and Alice Griffiths Plot. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ stars Story. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ stars & why I was told by a narrator that most people either love this series of hates it. Well I loved it. I love when a author/authors can pull you into a story and you just stay up all night, get nothing done all day but listen to their book and fall in love with the characters. Heat. 🔥🔥🔥 Narrator.: John Solo Betrayal of the story. 🥇 why: really put heart and soul into this book. It felt like he was living it. One of the best audio readings/acting Performances I've heard in a long time.

Great book
Great book. A well written fast paced story, with lots of quirky characters. Enjoyably narrated.
