I am a writer! I've been writing for 30 years. This is the culmination of all the wisdom and knowledge that I've gained over the years. The mistakes and life lessons that I've learned have shaped and molded me into a better writer. I did not just wake up one day and write a book. I've been on a plant-based diet since 2012. I've been mastering and perfecting my "Keysari Smoothie" for over a decade. That recipe is in this book.
