The author has a wonderful imagination and an artist at telling a Sci-fi story. The author writes and wonderful story that you can get lost in. I can’t wait for the next book in the series. I definitely recommend this book to everyone that loves a great Sci-fi story.

Sarah Sampino narration brings the characters to life for me. She is definitely awesome at the voices of the characters in each story she narrator’s. Her persona of each individual character is very entertaining with heartfelt emotions.

First in a series . The story has many levels , right when you think you know where the story is heading the author throws another direction that will have you glued till the end . This is a great fantasy book that is full of magic . You need a strong character to know how to control the elements to do what is needed .

Heroine is Vi .
Vi is promised to someone by her parents before she is even born . Vi is sent away from home , she’s sent North it’s only suppose to be for a certain amount of time but 14 yrs come and gone. Vi is wondering if she will ever go where she is suppose to. Vi is even more wondering what she can do when her magic shows a new element . Does she go home and marry who she is suppose to

Sarah performance is perfect. Her magic with her voice telling this story is strong, clear and smooth

I am dyslexic and find it hard to connect to books now having found Sarah sampino through TikTok and listening to her books I have now completed several books this being the first one of a collection which I have bought the whole set to listen to and have fallen in love with the series which I never thought I could. The friendship that by Vi Jamie and aline Is so welcomed as they are not portrayed as defenceless female characters
