Moving back to Vancouver was never in the playbook, but neither was letting herself get tricked into taking a job working for a man who seems to stop at nothing to see her play the sport again.
Scarlett wants to forget about the world that broke her, but the single dad refuses to let her move on. The more time she spends with Adam, the harder she's finding it to resist him.

Adam is the perfect sunshine to Scarlett’s grumpy. Both of them are equally as apprehensive about falling in love but I swooned hard at Adam’s attempts to make her see just how hard he had fallen and that it was ok to open yourself up to another person. They’re chemistry was off the charts too! Hannah sure does know how to write them!
One of the things I love is seeing all of the previous leads appear. Getting to see Oakley, Ava, Tyler, Gracie and the kids appear was so lovely and added to the overall theme of family that is woven throughout the series.
I generally cannot wait to read the next generation series especially after the second epilogue teaser!
