Summary

Resonance. It's a given on the ice planet, forced upon you by the parasitic symbiont called the "khui". With resonance, a guy and a girl are paired up because they'll make great babies. It's a survival mechanism necessary for this sparsely populated world we're stranded on...and romantic, in a weird, alien way.

Everyone expects resonance to happen when 20 newcomers are dropped onto the frosty world. I doubt anyone expects the gorgeous golden god named Ashtar to resonate to someone like me, though. He's fierce. Flirty. Powerful. Disgustingly handsome. I'm...not any of those things. I'm bland. Boring. Clumsy.

But resonance seems to think we'd be great together. And Ashtar does, too....

Contains mature themes.

I enjoyed the book

I enjoyed the book. It was truly funny at parts. I wouldn't say that it was very sexy but it did have me blushing. I don't regret listening. its a good way to pass a car ride to and from work.

I Love Dragons

The narrators are excellent. It is interesting to her how Veronica receives her powers. The only reason why I have a 4 instead of a 3 is because of loving dragons so much. Veronica and Ashter have found each other but V keeps own telling A she want to wait on mating. They fool around but she keeps telling him she is not ready. This goes on until almost then end of the story. Ruby drag this one out too long and it is disappointing because I was looking forward to listening to this one. So it was good but not great.

together we can be friends

I have enjoyed listening to Ruby Dixon Icehome series. She did a very good job in bring people differences and love together. The first three books were different from all other planet type books i have read. These series were full of great sexy stories and adventures.

Love this story!

LOVE this story! One of my favorites in this series. The male narrator is great however, the female narrator is very nasally and kind of ruins it for me. Also, why is she using the "valley girl" accent for the female characters??

Loving Ashtar!

I love Ashtar. I wish I had an Ashtar. Funny, possessive and sweet.

He knows who smells the sweetest. He has the hardest time adjusting to freedom. Plus, he and Veronica resonate the first.

it was so cute.

I am very curious about Willa's beast and if their resonance will have issues or not.
