Summary

The number one nationally best-selling Warriors series continues! Discover more epic adventures in the third book in the action-packed Broken Code story arc.

After losing one of his nine lives, ThunderClan’s leader, Bramblestar, became intent on rooting out and exiling cats he claims are traitors to the warrior code. But some cats know the truth: This isn’t the real Bramblestar, and their leader’s true spirit is desperate to return to its rightful place before the rising tension among the five Clans erupts into outright war.

Packed with action and intrigue, this sixth Warriors series is the perfect introduction for listeners new to the Warriors world, while dedicated fans will be thrilled to discover the new adventures that unfold after the events of A Vision of Shadows

Repeating....

The story seems to take a LONG time to get to the point I am enjoying it, there is alot of repeating of certain memories from previous books, over and over again among the chapters of the main characters. Also repeating of events going on in current book, just saying it differently, when going thru the chapters switching from character to character.

This book stands out mainly for its villian

The narration is fine, besides the voices for Rootpaw, it's too squeaky and whiney. I wish he'd sound more like an actual warrior.
the villain is very menacing, cunning and imposing. Not to mention charismatic. Basically everything you want in a villain. Some plot points were sloppy, but the villian moments are good enough to redeem all the sloppiness. Best book so far in its respective arc.

I love Warriors!

I’ve been reading Warriors since I was in high school. And so far, The Broken Code is the best arc since I read the first one. I love the conflict and how all clans are slowly getting together to solve this issue, Bristlefrost, Rootspring, and Shadowsight. I love them all!

I Hate Trashfur.

Can we just take a moment to talk about what complete GARBAGE Ashfur is??? So first he obsesses over Squirrelflight and when she friendzones him he conspires with Hawkfrost to kill her dad. Then he attempts to kill her adopted kids. And NOW he's literally possessing her husband to be with her. WHY DO I SEEM TO BE THE ONLY ONE WHO WISHES THEY COULD JUST YEET THEMSELVES INTO THE BOOK AND SKIPPITY PAPS THIS CAT!!??!?!?!?

A honest warrior fan opinion.

About the book:
The book was amazing. It had everything that you would want in a book, drama, death, sorrow, love, and much more! The thing that I like about warriors is how much is actually put into the book, it is not just one genre, it is much more. This book was interesting to listen to, I love how the authors changed the book style up, it was more spiritual than usual. Seeing dead cats in the real world instead of in dreams, there is Starclan of course but seeing dead cats in the real world changed it up. This book is a 100% recommendation from my part and I hope that you choose to buy it, you will not regret it!

About Warriors in General:
I have been reading warrior books for 3 years now, and I love them, anyone who doesn't like reading would love these books. I was a non-reader or Audible listener, but once I started warriors I could not stop... Take my word for it, warrior cats are the best series and Erin Hunter and her team will not upset you with your buy. Warrior Cats in general is a great story, but make sure that you start from the beginning, you will mess it up for yourself if you start here. If you are a person that has read every book in the series and wants to read about the broken code then yes pay for this and I promise you will not regret your buy.

Why you should buy:
If you have never listened to a audio book than you would know what I'm talking about, it is a more interesting experience. Warriors especially, it makes me feel more close to the characters in the warriors story, which is awesome. You hear the different voices that Andrew Macleod came up with and are astonished by how different you view the story, if you are a reader and love the warriors series this is why you should get this audio book.

Thanks for your time.
