Super easy and yummy recipes

This cookbook is awesome! Someone else mentioned that there shouldn’t be information on the Keto and specifically Vegan Keto diet and how it works. I disagree! I found it extremely helpful and left me well in formed to move forward with this diet. I’ve tried about 10 of the recipes so far and I love them all. Many of the recipes have a few ingredients and can be put together auickly...even bagels. I’m so happy I found this book!

I Love This Cookbook!

I wish I’d had this book when I started keto three months ago. I’m not technically vegan, but I dislike meat. I just didn’t feel it was healthy to eat so many animal products on traditional keto, but I wasn’t sure how to go about transitioning to plant-based because of the required macros for keto. This cookbook makes it easy! The recipes I’ve tried so far are easy and delicious. Even my carnivore husband loves the cauliflower soup. I especially appreciate the obvious effort that has gone into creating the meal plans and shopping lists. Everything is laid out in a way that makes it so easy to prep and plan for the week.

FINALLY A DECENT BOOK!

So, we're not doing keto, and we're not vegan. BUT - we are doing low carb and we are vegetarian. This book is amazing. Lots of unique ideas and really amazing quality recipes. We've tried a bunch and they're all amazing. I literally sat down yesterday with the book and just made up another grocery list to try a whole new batch of meals.

I am a cookbook person, and this book is amazing. HIGHLY recommend.

My new favorite cookbook

The author has obviously gone to a lot of trouble to test her recipes. Every one I have tried has worked perfectly. My favorites are the kale chips and seed bread. The recipes are strong on basics, leaving plenty or room for flavor creativity.

I like this book so much, I am now using it as a gift--whether or not the recipient is vacant or even keto.

I was really excited about this cookbook and pre-ordered it on Amazon. The recipes are simple and low carb. And can I just say that the recipe for cabbage rolls is AMAZING! That recipe alone deserves 5 stars!

I definitely recommend this book. Each recipe has a photo (there's even a photo index in the back!) and the nutritional info is also listed (i.e. carbs, calories, etc).

Excellent book cover to cover!

I love this book! My non keto vegetarian husband has loved all of the recipes I've made so far. It truly is a wonderful game changer in our lives and has added a little normalcy back to dinner routine since I switched to vegan Keto. Don't hesitate to buy this book. It's absolutely awesome!

I love this book!

I love this book. This is easily one of the best keto cookbooks I have purchased. While I am not vegan, I have to cook egg and dairy free because of food intolerances. It is so refreshing to open a cookbook that doesn’t rely so heavily on eggs and dairy... I can either easily adapt or eat almost everyone of her recipes. Delighted with this purchase.

This is the ideal cookbook!

Whether you are vegan, following a keto diet, or just looking for simple whole food recipes, this is so worthwhile. The formatting of the book is very easy to read and truly informative. I have had this book merely a week and have already made 8-9 recipes in here. The best aspect is the meal plan in the back of the book. It follows four weeks of meals with grocery lists and planning tips. It made my week 100 x's easier. Some of the recipes require special ingredients that may take a moment to track down, but if you read ahead, there are no real surprises. It's a wonderful book and I haven't hit a bad recipe yet.

Not Vegan, or Keto? You still have to try this!

The Pad Thai and Chocolate Almond Butter Cupcakes are Delicious! Thus far, these are the only two recipes I've tried, but I am dead set to take to Vegan Keto.

Easy recipes

Only question is if there are more snack options in week one. Day two and three I found myself hungry at night and not sure what snacks I could eat. Also the bagels were my least favorite recipe. Otherwise this book is filled with great low carb keto recipes.

Very informative

This book is very informative with plenty of recipes to chose from. Being new to keto this book along with another book “ketotarian” have been extremely helpful in navigating the keto diet as a vegan. Highly recommended!

Best vegan Keto cookbook out there!

This book has been a lifesaver!!! The recipes are super easy to follow and there’s even a shopping list that breaks down what you need week by week. This is great because in most weekly plans they don’t do this and you end up with way to much leftover food and you’re still trying to make new recipes so your groceries don’t go bad. I could go on and on but if you’re wanting to start vegan Keto this is the book to buy!

Satisfying recipes, easy to make❤️

Love this book! I initially used the recipes as part of an elimination diet- and felt great while doing so. Fast forward through returning to a regular vegan diet, full of grains, and the misery was astonishing. I’m grateful for these easy, tasty, and varied recipes. I’ve enjoyed each one that I’ve made so far.

Informational Cook Book

This book takes the time to explain the nutrition behind the keto diet and how the vitamins, carbs, sugars, etc affect your body. It also has an extensive meal plan for 30 days. This is my 2nd book purchased on vegan keto so grateful I don't meatfreeketo on Instagram and found this book. Start here!

Great book with simple and delicious meals

So far so good! All the bread and wrap recipes worked for me. I love the cauliflower soup. All the recipes have the macro information included. A very nice book.

Perfect!

This has been a great book for adding in more vegetarian options into my cooking. The author does a good job explaining about what the diet is, the history, and even includes a recommended diet plan which is helpful.
There's plenty of healthy and delicious recipes that anyone can enjoy.
