I have only used a couple of recipes.

I have only used a couple of recipes, but I keep making them and enjoy preparing four meals at a time. Since I am the only one who eats them, I get meals that I eat throughout the week and I love not having to prepare anything at mealtime.

5 Stars well deserved.

This is the best cookbook for vegans who have reached a plateau in preparing their meals. I’ve prepared 4 meals and I love each one. As I write this review, I’m enjoying the Warm Salad and plan to snack on the Mint Fruit Salad. I’m happy to use my mason jars and meal prep containers for storage. I can’t wait to explore the other recipes in this gem.

I am very impressed with this cookbook.

Everything sounds great, and everything is so easy to make. I love the added tips from people who had already tried the recipes. Everything I have tried so far has been a major hit with my family! I highly recommend the chilaquiles.

The Ultimate Guide that Combines Perfectly.

Good recipes with available ingredients. Not much fussing. Lovely pictures of dishes. Good general suggestions for meals. I gave it to my 85yo mom newly interested in plant-based after health issues. I can't wait to dive in and cook this weekend.

Delicious!

I am not a vegan, but I’ve been looking for ways to move toward a more plant-based diet. This cookbook has shown me so many easy & affordable ways to incorporate a plant-based diet into my regular routines. I was particularly thrilled to see a recipe for Thai style larb. This is my favorite Thai dish and this version was on point.
