Easy Keto Cooking

I like the recipes in this cookbook, it has a good variety of meals and methods of cooking. There is a detailed explanation of Keto dite eating. Most people think of a diet as something they do to lose weight. The Keto diet is also a healthy maintenance eating plan. It is healthy and the recipes are flavorful and tasty and most are easy to make as the author gives good directions.

I really love this cookbook. I wanted some great vegan recipes to make when my sons come home to visit, but I find that I use this cookbook all the time now for my husband and myself as well.
