A great turn for this series

I love the be direction this series has turned into. I really don't feel I can say much without spoilers but I found this book more harrowing and exciting than the others have been, and I thoroughly enjoyed the others. Trip continues to be incredibly funny and perplexing whilst Mike and especially Jack go through some serious difficulty and pain. Brilliantly written as always from Mark Tufo and John O'Brien and as ever, Sean Runnette brings the story and characters alive with his skilful narration.

great story but felt like half a book.

his story was just as awesome as everything by these two authors except that it seems to cut off abruptly, as if they literally decided to make one book into two books and just cut it down the center. no epilogue no build-up no climax just suddenly and without warning... ended... and that was it. still a great installment of the shrouded World story none the less.

Hate cliffhangers. Love this series

This was a great addition the the Shrouded World Series. Bringing in the “additions” Mr’s. Tufo and O’Brien did was pure genius. Can’t say more without major spoilers. What other series will you find a Devil Dog partnered with an AF JSOC guy and a stoner-savant?! And the “big bad guy” that isn’t a bad guy.....Oh, and guns! And intelligent prose! Mike and Jack mesh together beautifully.
Gentlemen, you’re killing me with the cliffhangers! I listened to this in less than a 24 hour period I was that enthralled!
PleasePLEASE finish and release the next installment most Ricky-tick!!!

Tripp’s a trip

I absolutely adored this book! I love the lucid moments of trip, I love the absolutely bizarre things he comes up with in his thought process pretty much anytime he speaks LOL. This book follow is the formula of two separate characters and how their Storie lines intersect. I absolutely love the chapters from Michaels point of you! My only complaint if you can even call it that is I’m not too big or emotionally invested in the Jack Walker character. I don’t mind his interactions when they involve Michael or trip. With their story lines intersect I get more entertainment then if it’s the Jack Walker character doing his own thing. But even if those chapters I find a little slow not to say they are full of action or have very funny moments but it’s nothing comparedTo the Michael chapters. The cliffhanger at the end of this book was frustrating because book 5 is not out yet LOL!

The fun just keeps coming.

This is a great spinoff collaboration from Mark Tufo and John O'Brien. Every book in this series and the original separate series has been incredibly entertaining. There is plenty of mystery, action, suspense, mixed with many great one liner humor. If you have listened to the rest of this series, get this one, it will spin you in different directions and bring you back again. #Scifi, #humor, #action, #downright fun, #tagsgiving, #sweepstakes.

This is going to kill me

I hate Tufo and O’Brien. The wait for the next book is going to kill me. Trip has become one of my all time favorite characters.
Please hurry and write the next book.
