The More I Learn!

Author insightful information on the Vagus Nerve gave me food for thought I never realized I needed. I've studied neurologic conditions and parts of the brain as a leisure activity. I never realized this nerve even existed until I listen this book. If you also find anatomical studied fascinating, you'll enjoy this book as well.

Learned a lot.

I had no idea how large of a role the vangus nerve plays in our bodies. I was particularly interested in the first book about how much the vangus nerve has to do with our immune system. These books are easy to follow and provide good exercises and information to help you maintain and increase vangus nerve health.

Just one nerve controls a lot!

Informative!!

This isn’t a technical paper by any means but is a good start in learning about the importance of the Vagal nerve. It appears to be a key component to our well being and yet main stream hasn’t even touched it in promotion of what it does. I would recommend this book to anyone that is in pursuit of better health.

This is an amazing audio-book about vagus nerve !

This audio-book will surprise you if you don't already know the Vagus nerve, which I wasn't. For the vagus nerve I use an essential oil mix, and this audio-book also illustrates the importance of having a good vagus nerve. The vagus nerve has two bunches of sensory nerve cell bodies, and the brainstorm connects with the body. It lets the brain monitor and receive the information.
