This sounds like a psychology textbook

If you're looking for practical, techniques for stimulating , resetting or soothing your vagus nerve this book IS NOT THAT. If you are looking for an exhaustive explaination of various emotional disturbances that _might possibly_ be linked to a vagus nerve imbalance, this is for you/

Who the #uck transcribes this $hit?

The American narrator is MADDENINGLY SLOW. Ya I'm from the New England and we speak faster than the rest of the country but I had to literally double the playback speed.

Moreover, WTF Audible? This is the THIRD audiobook on the vagus nerve I've listened to that was absolute fuc#ing gibberish. This and 2 other audiobooks read like a poorly translated manual from Chingrish. I mean seriously, these books are like the author threw words at random on pages. My guess is you MF-ers outsourced to China or India. You pinched pennies just to PISS OFF customers with substandard quality I'd expect from some 3rd world $hit hole.

I sure hope the hardcopy book isn't THIS AWFUL. If so the author should be drawn and quartered.

A massive audio book about this topic

This audio-book was surprisingly wonderful! I loved how it was organized into six facets of self-care, which right away helped me feel like I was doing some things right in my life. I like the simple straightforward advice.
