Summary

Do you know what the vagus nerve is?

Definition: vagus (Latin, vagus= wandering) cranial nerve - a mixed nerve that leaves the head and neck to the innervation of the gastrointestinal tract (pharynx, oesophagus, stomach) of the respiratory tract (larynx, lungs), heart (heart), and abdominal viscera. The mixed nerve has viscera (glands, digestion, and heart rate) visual, motor, and autonomic functions.

Yeah, as we all do, you've got one of these. It's a long wandering nerve, and it's the main nerve that links the brain with every body organ. It mediates your breathing, digestion, detoxification, and practically all of the body's automatic functions.

We also share the investigation of how health and longevity are affected by the state of your nervous system and immune system.

The vagus nerve is directly linked to our ageing, controlling our nervous system and immune system that contributes directly to our health and longevity. So, as we age, the biggest problems with our bodies include inflammatory disorders, directly associated with stress, fast-lane living, and unhealthy diet lifestyles.

So, here we have another part of our bodies that we can keep healthy and active to prolong our ageing process and to keep it healthy is stress management for a healthy lifestyle.

The Right Way Astonishing, and make good sense.

I took in a great deal however the book would be progressively helpful without such a great amount of useless (to me) restorative phrasing.

Great Book offering traditional and new wisdom

I am still listening the book. I find it very interesting and is a great book for beginners. It is easy to understand and has a lot of great information. I definitely recommend it for people who don't have time or don't like listening long books that goes off in the history instead of what you actually want to know.

I am extremely happy with this book. I was really astounded by perceiving what number of imperative recommendations accumulated in such a short book. Creator completed a phenomenal activity. I'll most likely prescribe this book to my loved ones. I really appreciate this book. Thanks to creator.

Great!

Information completely new and that makes a lot of sense; explains a lot. Now to do exercises and to see if I find a therapist that can help. Tons of pain in neck and trapezoid.

Very important book

It tells you all the things doctors will not discuss, however, because of it and later research the brain studies have finally moved into the foreground. Seems like regular "mediciners" are beginning to listen.

The simple exercises provided give hope for improved health but with a greater understanding of WHY and HOW they do so. Filled in a lot of puzzle pieces pertaining to “the big picture”, in my mind at least! Thank you!
