No new information in this book

Robotic voice goes on and on with information about different illness's and not until suffering through to end does he touch on how to activate vegus nerve. Repeatedly going over in chapters what could be said in one paragraph 🙄 Boring and nothing more than you will find out from a youtube video on same subject. Waste of money and time. Wouldn't bother with this book

Keeping this book.

A must read for someone who has never been introduced to meditation, had a very stressful busy life and then found this book. Very interesting information about the workings of our unique selves and how to self help. I'm eager to learn more..

Great little audiobook.

This audiobook is really very amazing to listen to, which is very informative about the Vagus Nerve. I am very impressed with this audiobook because I know so many new things from this audiobook. The vagus nerve, called pneumogastric nerve or nerve X of the skull is the tenth of the twelve pairs of cranial nerves.

This audio book will surprise you

This audio book will surprise you unless you are already familiar with the Vagus nerve, which I was not. I am using an essential oil blend for the vagus nerve, so this book really explains the importance of having a healthy vagus nerve.
