Self-Help Exercises

Many of us know of pain as an undesirable sensation that arises from infections and injuries. However, pain is also an aftermath of certain disturbances in the normal functions of the brain and spinal cord. It can be assumed that the more stable a person's mental state is, the more he or she has the potential to tolerate pain.

Wonderful Vagus Nerve book

A lot of information. The book is definitely not for casual reading. It comes loaded with different exams you can have done. Also included are over the counter supplements that help.

It is an Intelligible and delighting audible

The simple exercises provided give hope for improved health but with a greater understanding of WHY and HOW they do so. Filled in a lot of puzzle pieces about my mind at least! Thank you!

Changed my life

The exercises are simple and easy to do. The hiatal hernia one stopped an issue immediately, to my great relief. Hiatal hernias have put me in a tailspin both physically and mentally, so you can imagine my relief.

Excellent book 100% recommended

I feel grateful for that book. Well written, pleasant to read, pleasant to listen to, full of straightforward information. It is a joy having a book like this after reading soo much feeling just like an advertising of their method with no information provided. Thank you

Must-read for any parent

Understanding cranial nerves (especially the Polyvagal nerve) may seem like too much for many people but this is well worth delving into, or simply skip to the exercises in the back and give them a try.

Highly recommended

I learned an enormous amount from this book. It's well written, and the theory is grounded in a very practical way. The exercises, all of which you can do yourself, have been eye opening and of great value to me. I recommend this book wholeheartedly.
