What a beautiful and heartwarming story. I couldn’t stop listening to this audiobook. Day and night. Every spare second I’ve had, I’ve been glued to listening.
It’s not the normal type of story I’d go for but there was something that just made me give it a go. Whatever it was, I’m so very glad.
Definitely worth a read or listen to.

This review has been written after quite a few re listen since it came out and I stand by the 5 stars but what I’ve noticed that really bothers me was the use of the line “ and I sigh” or I sigh which I lost count after 10th time of hearing it. I think the editor should have picked that up. It really didn’t need to be put in the book that many times. I still love it, it was one of my first hockey romances. The narrator did a good job but would have been better as a duet narration.

I love the way this author creates a story and pulls you in. Even if the storyline isn’t majorly exciting I find myself fully engaged for some reason. I enjoyed listening to this.
