Wow what a journey Darren took us on. It’s a moving tale which had me in tears several times remembering my own traumatic childhood. Brilliantly read. I’ve loved this man’s music for more years than a care to remember. Being so honest and humble in this book which must’ve been so painful at times only made me love him more for his courage and healing.

Superbly narrated by Darren be fully prepared to embark upon an emotional rollercoaster as he recounts his journey from the cradle to 2024.

This was a really good and honest listen, even when it was obviously painful for Darren to share the memories.
There are some very happy moments and things that happened in relation to tours and performances I was luckily able to attend and remember myself.
Such a brave memoir.

It seems to be a very real and honest account of his life so far. I am a savage garden and Darren hayes fan. Loved there albums. I hope he finds peace and happiness now x
