I’m really keen on learning to use my memory and this book was a great start. My only wish is that there were slightly longer pauses in the narration. Maybe reading the physical book would have been better.

If you are after a magic solution to make you remember things automatically, you won’t like this book. However, if you are planning on putting the effort to get better, this has some really good exercise that really helps on improving your memory.
