I read this book further along my Autistic discovery journey (both for me and my child). This is exactly the kind of book I wish I read right at the start, this was the book I was looking for early on in my search for greater understanding. This is now the book I would recommend as a first port of call to anyone who would ask me for help in understanding autism.

The first book I've read on autism. I read it with the aim of clarifying the differences between ADHD and autism, because they are often spoken about together. All of the reviews and recommendations I read beforehand are all right.

So engaging I hardly felt it necessary to take any notes.
