This book gives great advice and tips to help overcome and get confidence in any situation. I am a little shy and unable to come up with enough to talk about and that stems from me being insecure with myself so this book has helped to become better at it.

This is a great first book for Self Help Guide to Manage and Overcome Social Anxiety Disorder, Improve Your Social Confidence and Stop Being Afraid of Social Interaction . It is well explain in easy to understand format and contains numerous self help work sheets to examine issues and develop a treatment plan. Would highly recommend for someone suffering from anxiety issues.

This book is life-changing. If you are curious to learn more about anxiety, panic attacks, etc. or hoping to retrain your anxious thoughts, I highly recommend this book. It helps you rationalize and think-through your anxious thoughts and find ways to tolerate the anxiety. The exercises can be a little overwhelming at times, but they do help you think differently about anxiety

Powerful Book!! Absolutely LOVE it!!

This book has small practical ideas to help get moving. If your self motivated already and you're in a "rut" so to speak, this is a great easy read, especially for beginners. It will help reorient your aim. I loved this book.

Excellent

I am forever finding a new way to clean or organize and then falling off the wagon a month or two in. The concepts in this book has stuck with me. It is so simple that you will want to face palm that you hadn’t thought o it before. It takes into account all of the very different lives we live. This book is pretty great.
