Nice well rounded look on improving health

Reinforced alot of information heard in other narratives.

Would recommend ultra process people to those who like this.

Narration was a bit annoying fair amount of casual misandry too.

The author reading the book

I liked the honesty and unassuming way the author came across
she was direct and to point.

too much swearing and scaremongering

the narrator is constantly swearing its such a low quality book, the book scares you about health conditions. the book has not been useful. can't listen to it with people around. information is not safe in my opinion.

An ADHD nightmare

Thankfully I didn’t purchase this book, just listened on Audible plus. I don’t mind swearing but this sounds like it’s being narrated by a teenager who has just learned her first swear words. I have ADHD and I struggled to keep my attention on this book, it was very circular, lots of repetition and I kept hoping she would just get to the point. Didn’t manage to finish it, the second half may be better.

Awful. Sounds like it’s written and narrated by a teenager

I guess the author is going for the edgy “aren’t I so cool” approach, similar to “The Subtle Art of Not Giving a Fuck” except sounding like an idiot child.

Even at the price of free with plus, this was not worth my time.
