As others have said I really didn’t want this book to end I loved every minute can’t wait to hear more about winters trees loved the characters you really get invested in them and want to know more

This book was right up my street. Not cheesy.
I did have to tell myself off when I kept getting frustrated with the main character but that's the sign of a good book, having a reaction to it.
I love the narrator, she gets the balance just right.
I would definitely recommend it.

This author and narrator can do no wrong. I loved this story, it was very atmospheric. I always get excited when I find a Heidi Swaine book for preorder. This book lived up to all the others and I can't wait for more.

I was actually disappointed how little book 2 is follow up on book 1, feel like I’ve wasted my credit
