Truly horrible - Stay away
Full disclosure - I don't know what this performance sounds like after the 10 minute mark. It was that awful. I seldom quit a book and never before this early on. The writing was insipid and sophomoric, like a caricature of a an already poorly scripted 1970's porn movie. If that wasn't enough, the performances were just horrible. The first female part is supposed to be a young (early 20's maybe?) female and it is voiced by a woman who sounds 50 years old with a pack-a-day cigarette habit. She and the male both sound like they are using this experience to learn how to read and they are attempting to play characters they have no understanding of (and back to poor writing, the grown man repeatedly asserts he doesn't know what a package of sugar looks like or where his wife might keep such a thing; yes, you just figured out that like a bad '70s porno, the woman has come over to borrow sugar - UGH). I've wasted enough of my time and yours. This title is a piece of trash. 'nuff said.
