BS Alert Use Credit Incase You Return It

Are you tired of authors having all these fake reviews on their titles too? Notice that a lot of reviews are posted on the same day, by people who have only one or two posts, or review the same/similar $4-10 books as the other "reviewers"? I am and this book echoes the concern many of us lifelong learners have with these underhanded tactics. Stop it. If you have a trash book, or are not getting reviews, then work on your marketing, or better yet truly help people. Auble needs to penalize this substandard practice, it's way too crazy.

This book felt like a string of blog post strung together for 30 minute intervals. The chapters are all under 40 minutes with loosely held ideas and concepts. Really nothing you couldn't get off of a random page 3 google search.

What does procrastination look like?

Those are the chapters. The information was basic, nonsensical stuff or things that have been debunked: strike Powers poses after visualizing what you anticipate. Nourish your body well. We don't sleep enough. Sleep helps us recover. Write out what you plan to eat. Exercise and don't allow your body to go 3 days without it etc...

Purely remedial information that you can get off of Joe shoes youtube channel. This is not what S.E.A.Ls or high level athletes do. We'll it is and it isn't, but not how we are presented it in this book. Does my review seem superficial or surface level? That's the depth that you will find in this book. Lastly the narrators voice and the incorrect grammar are also detract greatly from my enjoyment. The author, editor, distributor all should be ashamed and steer clear of this underhandedness. It's not cool to try and take someones money.

Motivating

Unlike a lot audio books written by seals that are compacted with fluff between good points, this audio book focuses on the main points and integrates then throughout its entirety. i would suggest this for any person with a high stakes job.

Great Guide for Wellness Reformation!

This audio book is exceptional in explaining how the mind works. It teaches you how to embrace and/or evolve out of certain methods of thinking. The exercises provide much food for thought as you grow within the warrior ethos or simply as an individual.

Really good and powerful information

I enjoyed this audio book and am interested in digging deeper into this material. As far as the Audible itself, my preference would have been that Mark Divine would have read the material himself. He does his other audio books and a podcast and it resonates better with me when he speaks.
