This book was thoughtfully written using the scripture to base the story and truth of a Jesus on. I would recommend this book to anyone but especially those who are Christians. A light hearted look at Mary.

Francine Rivers has made the character of Mary come alive in a very accurate account of the life of Jesus. As a mother, I was able to relate to the feelings that Mary possibly experienced in this heart rendering poignant novel.
