Great guide to a new you!!

The accent was a little strong in the beginning, but this book is very educational I’ve started following the program laid out in this book and gained 20lbs. The 20lbs is lean muscle. How can I be sure you ask, measurements. My chest and arms got bigger and my waist got smaller ( not a lot). I have more energy and I don’t feel depressed or hungry all the time. I downloaded an app “carb manager” and try to keep my carbs under 50g. However if I go over I just don’t let the carbs equal a 100g or more. Now if I can get a handle on sugar I’ll start winning the game!! Love the book!!!!!
