High level and theoretical

Seeing more than 100 ratings with average score of 5, it was as disappointment for me. Main reasons: - I feels like "dry" theory with very little color and examples of how things do not go in practice as expected by theory - The material is presented in a robotic way like a it was an operating manual - Some practical use cases that are given, are a bit hard to follow - e.g. again why something was done and why it was good or bad and what mistakes people usually make - There are quite a lot of industry basics - e.g. regarding project management as such - if you want to get more budget you have to justify it.

Unimpressed

Written and read like a robot, awkward English. Felt forced and too scripted. Made UX seem confusing to a vet.

Nothing new, poor performance

If you work in industry for 3-5 years and never heard of ux maybe its a book for you. But if you know what ux is and already applying then you will not get any new information.
