No wonder this one did

I like that the author kept the topic sane and non-speculative, focusing on documented encounters, primarily by military. I later discovered that the author of this audio book is same of the book I have lsitened called "The Most Famous Conspiracies: The New World Order, False Flags, Government Cover-ups, CIA, & FBI" - no wonder the book is written so well.

Worthy of far more attention than it received

I cannot believe this book has not got more attention, though I suppose this is all part of the media fear of anything to do with UFOs. If you watch the National Press Club on this same topic, you will be amazed and flabbergasted at what credible people have witnessed and reported, and you may be as puzzled as I am that there has been so little attention paid. Mr. Monaldo's book is the perfect companion to that Press Club account. He is a serious journalist without the slightest bit of flakiness. I found the book absolutely fascinating and hope to hear more from his topics.

Journey into something vast

Alex Monaldo has provided us here a well balanced overview of some of the most credibly documented UFO reports on record. In my opinion, he 'hits the mark' precisely in stressing that the salient feature of these sightings is their UNIDENTIFIED nature. It is this feature that provides a unifying theme to the book and, again in my view, qualifies its reportage as unbiased and particularly worthy of serious reflective thought by professional and lay people alike. Human curiosity being what it is, there can be no doubt that nearly everyone would like to know for sure just what these 'things' are, from whence they come, and what - if anything - they might portend for us individually and collectively. Regardless of the answers to these questions, however, two troubling conclusions seem clear. First, the accounts chronicled in this book have been provided by persons unusually well positioned to 'report the facts and just the facts' as objectively as possible. This alone demands their being carefully scrutinized with the findings of such inquiry. Monaldo's book provides an interesting analysis of the social context in which all of this has unfolded and links that analysis to what seem to be legitimate concerns relating to both our national security and our personal safety. All things considered, this work is a thought-provoking read for anyone willing to give the matter of unidentified flying objects, and their potential ramifications for us, the serious attention they both deserve.

It is solid

I have always wondered if it is possible that there are aliens out in the universe and maybe whether they have already visited us. After listening this audio book I can clearly see they have already visited us. The evidence given in this book simply can't be refuted. It is solid and explain how governments have done the best they can to cover up these visits. Whether you are interested in alien abductions or what exactly happened at Roswell, this is the right book for you. After listening this audio book, you too will think that the aliens have been here and very well may already be in our midst already!

Need More Books Like This

I do believe there are UFO's and I think it is a subject that needs to be studied. This book is a fascinating study and compilation of credible witnesses exactly as the title claims. More books like this need to be written while skeptics should stop hurting the public by encouraging people to ignore this phenomenon or belittling those that do. I recently saw a show where Michael Shermer said we dishonor the ancients when people claim that alien technology helped their advancement. I have to wonder; what about his dishonor to the military personal, government officials and other credible witnesses who have commented and written in this book? The bottom line is, this should be a must-listen for every person/official that is supposed to be in charge of our security whether it is flight safety, military or otherwise. I am not saying that UFO's are evil aliens, but after listening this book, it is clear that the UFO phenomenon is real and should be taken seriously.

Fair share of eyes!

I just listen this audio book before going to bed and I'm super scared of being abducted by aliens now!!! But seriously this is a great book!! Not only is it easy to absorb but what is great is that the author is able to clearly state facts instead of just righting about random stories about alien abductions and its included the 1993 International UFO Convention issues. Its ironic because many people mentioned that this was “the book” that would change everything. And don’t give me wrong, this is a great book. And it will certainly open its fair share of eyes just by its existence. Still, the information covered has been discussed by countless more authors out there, and in that sense, it could have more significant anchors. All things considered, the credibility the author brings to the subject should be taken very seriously . I got to know better the different types of aliens, history of aliens in pop culture and much more. Alex has also some more books about Conspiracies, Serial Killers, Cartels, Gambling, Prostitution, Money Laundring, & Drugs which I always love to hear!

I want to believe

A collection of cases involving multiple highly credible witnesses as well as various sorts of physical evidence. Apart from the specific cases covered in separate chapters, The Doraty Family, Gundiah, and Hudson Valley Abductions is one of the best analyses I've ever read of why people have so much trouble taking the subject seriously in spite of all the evidence. I can't recommend this book more highly to anyone interested in this subject.

UFOs And Aliens Anyone?

This book is quite funny but interesting. The notion of the existence of aliens is really not new to me. But what is new is the idea that distinction between UFOs and Aliens. I have always had it at the back of mine that when you talk about UFOs, you are equally talking about Aliens. That being said, the book did open my eyes to things that am not aware of especially the secret facility, Area 51. The book is a huge step forward from what is being portrayed in most movies. Secret installations, government cover ups and conspiracy theories. The right kind of mix to make for a remarkable read any day any time.

Made me rethink!

Great listen. If you've had any doubts about UFOs listen this. It has made me rethink a lot about the human approach to change and discovery and it's sparked an interest in listening books about ancient culture connections etc. If you're looking for a book that's just fairy tale stories about aliens than this book might not be for you. It's an educated response to the long standing taboo of Aliens particularly in American culture. Great book and highly recommend!

Existence of life outside Earth

The topic of Unidentified Flying Objects and Aliens has been going for a long time and It seems its still the beginning. If you've always been curious about them but didn't know where to start, this audiobook is a great place to begin your journey into the secret relationship between aliens and humans. I'm a skeptic when it comes to most UFO cases, but this book presents a very good objective view from some people we can trust. Although the word GOD is conspicuously absent from it, to me this book is about the miracle of Creation and Intelligent design. I found the arguments expressed in favor of the improbability of the existence of life outside Earth, absolutely compelling. It made me reflect like no other book, including "The privileged planet", on the fine tuning of our planet, its complex atmosphere, its temperature, etc. . And it helped me realize how improbable are the chances that a super-chain of aleatory events have taken place to justify the origen of life without Divine intervention. My favorite line is the one by Paul Davies when dealing with life's supposedly evolving from matter: p. 151: "There is nothing obvious in the laws of physics that singles out 'life' as a favoured state or destination. The laws of physics (and chemistry) are life blind - they are universal laws that care nothing for biological states of matter...". Truly inspiring! Recommend for people looking for evidences of a Divine Creation.

Will benefit greatly!

Most of the books I’ve read or listened on UFOs start with the premise that UFOs are extraterrestrial spacecraft and then go about explaining cases that the author says can’t be explained otherwise. Alex Monaldo’s book is different, and stands out from all the others, in that it takes an agnostic approach to the subject. More Alien Species, Like the Nordics, Pleadians, and Lyrians are explained well enough to get understand. I believe writers of cinema and novels would benefit greatly from this book, or any educated person wondering what might be out there.

A special book purchased for myself!

This is a awesome audible (4 hours and 22 minutes)! It is packed with enough information to give a person the truth about alien encounters. The narrator says in a friendly but firm tone , that this is not about always having facts. Throughout the book the author gives critically thinking questions. That is always an enjoyment. Why? It helps the learning process. The author states it about expanding the mind. Also throughout this book, the author gives different perspectives on fact vs belief. The author talk about the Alien Species, Like the Nordics, Pleadians, and Lyrians. He talks about the real stories behind intelligent design and scientology.

Well documented

This is certainly a dangerous and toxic Alien life forms UFO book. It’s an easy understand, full of new information, well documented, and well worth its price and the time it takes to listen it. Buy it, listen it, and enjoy it. You’ll learn a few surprising things; at least I did.

Keep watching the skies

A compilation of some of the most credible UFO sightings on record. I honestly do not know what to make of the UFO phenomena but this book presents some pretty compelling cases with credible witnesses. The events explained in the book are largely multiple witness sightings of strange craft in the sky with credible documentation trails to back the claims. The author of the book doesn’t explicitly state that there are little green men driving these things which I was relieved to hear. The study of UFOs usually immediately draws ridicule from the scientific community. Outlined in the book are some strange things which defiantly seem to have happened that remain unexplained. Worth the read.

Most meticulously researched

You cannot listen this audio book without coming to the conclusion that UFOs exist. They are real. They are physical. We just don't know what they are, what they represent, or where they originate. The basic theme of this compelling book is that we must break through the veil of official disinterest and take a scientific approach to the study of UFOs and also the real stories behind intelligent design and scientology. Long overdo. If you want to listen the most meticulously researched, most professional, and best-cited non-fictional book ever on the subject of UFO's this is the book for you. Alex provides an enormous amount of official government documents, personal interviews with the high-ranking government officials pilots and generals, written in their own words, with copious amounts of data to back up their scientific conclusions. After listening this you will have no doubt that technological devices of unknown and non-human origin regularly appear in our skies and interact with our military vehicles, nuclear weapon sites, and above large cities, airports and more. While it cannot necessarily prove the existence of extraterrestrials, the WOW radio signal and alien languages and UFO fun facts which is really exist.

THEY Are Here, But Why?

Great book on UFO's, aliens and extraterrestrial conspiracy theories! This audio book examines the possibility that aliens exist in an unbiased and informative manner. Particularly interesting are the best known cases of alien abduction, examined here case by case. The "The WOW Radio Signal" fact at the end of section is an engaging and entertaining as well. Whether you believe in aliens or not, this is a fun read at the least, but really much more!

Very compelling listening.

With "UFOs," author Alex Monaldo has written a definitive book of serious investigative journalism that examines the UFO phenomenon in a scientific fashion. Great gift for the UFO skeptic in your family, or for anyone who wants to examine the hot cases that leave little doubt of non-terrestrial involvement. Anyone who listen this audiobook and remains dismissive of flying saucers and extraterrestrials simply isn't being intellectually fair. This audiobook is the evidence that demands a verdict. Thoroughly enjoyable and informative, better than any work of science fiction, because, unlike science fiction, it's all well-documented and true - Russ Brinegar, paranormal researcher and author of "Overlords of the Singularity: The Manipulation of Humankind by Hidden UFO intelligences and the Quest for Transcendence." If you are on the fence about the subject, curious,or even a sceptic, this book is a great place to listen some clear facts, without all the new age philosophy that seems to clog up many other books. The statements from witnesses are credible, backed up by radar, multiple sightings from different angles, from people used to being up in the sky, these sightings cannot be just laughed away, which then starts to narrow the possibilities of what's been seen. Very compelling listening.

Truth will set you free.

What a fascinating book! Aliens, UFOs and conspiracy theories are not topics which I devote a whole lot of my time to, but they do interest me and I was keen to learn a bit more. This book in my opinion, perfectly walks the line between facts and pure nonsense. Instead of outright backing or disproving many popular conspiracies surrounding UFOs and aliens, and other events which have happened throughout history it encourages deeper thought and consideration. My interest has now piqued, and I want to know more. 5 Stars!

This is a "must listen"

I enjoyed the audiobook version of this. REALLY enjoyed it. I now totally look at things differently. There are too many credible reports of UFO's for it all to be someone's imagination. Experienced military pilots do not see things that are not there. The book was well written. It acknowledged the likely skepticism that many people will have of all this.

Hopefully, there is a part 2

Without a doubt, the book is an excellent starting point for those who wish to delve into this abstruse subject, and the story of the majestic 12 – including names and headshots!, or anyone else interested in this fascinating subject. In fact, the book would serve as an excellent springboard when read before Richard Dolan’s UFOs And The National Security State, which for all intents and purposes is the unofficial Encyclopedia to a modern UFO phenomena. I’ve always been intrigued by the idea of extraterrestrials walking among us and have always wondered about the secrets of Area 51. I have to say, UFOs and Aliens: UFO secrets, touched just about every aspect from sightings, encounters, and it even offers the testimonies of abductees. The book even talks about what really happened on July 8th, 1947 when the infamous Roswell UFO incident took place. This was overall a great listen, I just wished it would have been a little longer. Hopefully, there is a part two in the works.
