Excellent narration as well

you get to enjoy all the types of food you like as long as you balance them. I have found this way of eating to be extremely easy to follow, easy to stick to. I'll definitely be sticking with the Insulin Resistance Diet.

In fact, you don't have to be diabetic to benefit from these tasty nutritious meals. I especially like that the author includes information about what other foods would complement a recipe to complete a meal. Can't wait to try more recipes!

I really enjoyed this book

High blood pressure is common in my family. A lot of my relatives are on medication and now I am too. I feel it was inevitable but there are some things I could have done to prevent it from happening so early.

Important read

I am pre-diabetic and I love my slow cooker so this worked out very well for me. I don't always make diabetic meals but this has helped to keep me on track my making enough to last me a few days instead of just one meal.
