It gave me excellent ideas for hikes and water activities but also recommended quiet beaches for downtime. If you're going all the way to Hawaii, you might as well visit more than one island, right?? This is a great bundle, it takes a lot of time and a lot of cash to visit Hawaii (at least relative to other places in the US), so learning all I can about the different islands before we book a trip just makes sense. I have been to Hawaii twice, but it has been a long time since I visited and this book - or I should say these books - were a great refresher and I learned some new things as well. If you are like me, the irony about vacationing is that you also get stressed out about it. Listening to these books will help - they helped me. I feel like I have a lot more knowledge so I won't feel like I missed out on anything when we go. Also, the narration was easy to listen to. Highly recommned!
