End of the World was Only the Beginning.
Turbulence picks up right where book one leaves off. As the battle in the park concludes, what will become of the injured members?
We learn how the infection started and where it all began. The effects appear to reach every corner of the planet. Can the group survive? Do they even want to?
Two weeks into the group's "vacation" at the stadium and Feeders are no longer a worry. Or are they?
Their new hosts aren't quite what they seem and as they come to find out, don't have the best of intentions for Mason and the others.
The group once again will have to depend on their instincts as well as one another if they intend on avoiding the growing number of Feeders and humans wishing to do them harm.
Welcome to Turbulence.

The Thrill is Gone
This is marked as book 2, but if you read the prequel, than it is book three. On audio, Westfield and Olah make for an entertaining, off the wall collaboration. For me, by book three, this uniqueness has worn off. The story in itself is the same old, same old. If your new to the genre, this is a good place to start, but if your like me and have been reading everything in the field, this is old hat. I do like the fact that the main characters are regular type folks, not preppers or military.

If I hadn't read any of Mark Tufo's books I would say Jeff Olah writing is entertaining BUT Olah's storyline is too similar to Tufo's. Please read Tufo if you haven't. I knew exactly where Olah story was heading.

All characters too stupid to live
Would you recommend this book to a friend? Why or why not?
No, the story was disjointed and never before had I wanted all the main characters killed off.
If you’ve listened to books by Jeff Olah before, how does this one compare?
This is only my second.I will not continue the series because listening to the narration was very distracting.
How did the narrator detract from the book?
It seemed the narrator would exhale at every pause and it made all the characters sound like 1980's surfer douchbags
If this book were a movie would you go see it?
Not if it wasn't drastically re-written
Any additional comments?
I have not given up on Jeff's entire work, but this series needs to go away.

book good. narrator... Not so much and that's when
I can't pinpoint exactly what the narrators voices sounds like. it sounds like SOMEONE I've heard before. and that's not a compliment. it was some kind of spoof whatever it was that he reminds me of. Someone talking ridiculous purposely. Like on Family Guy or Simpsons or something. he is quite possibly one of the worst narrators I've ever heard. he has Zero Charisma and while I appreciate him attempting to do different voices, they are all horrible. I listened to a couple guys that did all of the Meg books and they were fantastic. Especially the guy that did the trench. He did different accents and characters and really had a ton of personality and Charisma. But this guy, I cannot for the life of me understand how this guy gets paid to do this. I will never pay for any audio by him again. But the book series I really enjoy. I didn't really get into it during the first book. I was just bored but I'm hooked big time now. There are some grammar errors and spelling issues but I don't care. As long as I get the point of what he's trying to say. It's not a masterpiece, but it's very entertaining
