I feel this story is an interesting addition to the story of Patrick, who features in two previous novels of the Royals of Texas. It completes and rounds out his story line, as in the last novel he was 'Taken' or kidnapped. Here he is in a more settled state and head of his family. I enjoyed it but feel people would need to read the previous novels he featured in to know the back story.
