About this listen

Well written with a storyline that draws you in, Lynda La plante doing what she does best yet making it look so easy! The narration was a joy to listen to.

Loved this book again twists and turns good to evolve Pat and Mike's relationship all the way through wondering if they are going to stay together and work things out, Mike can often be a bit daft which adds to his character, narration adds so much to the storyline brilliant

usual police investigation ending in court case. bleak and characters all miserable . only fault with the narrator is ge us good at bleak but when happy stiff happens his voice doesn't express happiness bring on the joy

This series of books is very easy to listen to. I love the way Lynda La Plante's tells a story. Each of the books in this series is different but written in the same style. The theme passes from book to book so I advise you start at book one.
Best narration you could wish for. Very easy to listen to and the range of accents, dialects and changes from male to female are very convincing.
