Very nice audiobook

I learned some creative new ways to make and use flash cards that I never would have thought of myself. There are many ways to remember things I haven't thought of before. I also like how the author approaches these methods.

Loved the book

The real test of a book is being able to take the principles and it makes a difference. I've started to reframe my thinking inline with some of the principles discussed and it has already impacted my world view (and happiness and contentment as a result).

I liked this book, so I decided to leave a positive comment. This book goes over neurotransmitters, substances, training games and a lot more.

And another great book

I read some other books about the human mind, and this one added something unique that was not in the other ones, so yes, I loved it.
