Summary

In Trails of Love....

When Graham Braden travels to Oak Falls, Virginia to attend the wedding of his buddy Reed Cross to Grace Montgomery, he sticks around to help with renovations to Reed's new theater. The last thing he expects is to be asked to assess and possibly invest in Grace's sister Morgyn's business endeavor. Graham is a careful, keen businessman, and Morgyn is impulsive, disorganized, and more interested in the energy flow in her eclectic retail shop than in the accuracy of her records. While Graham isn't ready to open his pockets to the sassy, sexy business owner, he may be ready to open his heart.

What an adventure

This book was fun and full of adventure. Graham and Morgyn have that fun playful chemistry. When she first lays eyes on Graham she thinks he is gay. That is so funny because I thought my husband was gay when I first met him.

You feel a connection to the characters and you feel like you are on the adventures with them. The way places and things are described make you feel like you are right there in Morgyn's shop or at the old caboose. Melissa really brings things to life. These two were not looking for something but once they found one another they knew they had found what they never knew they always wanted.

I love listening to audio books and think that the narrators make the story just as much as the story itself. These narrators however were not my favorite. To me their voices did not match what I had in my head for the characters. Would I re listen to the book, yes of course because the story itself is great and I love the adventure that is Graham and Morgyn.

Graham and Morgyn

Audiobook Review… I am not new to Melissa Foster and her steamy romances but I am new to listening to Virgina Rose and Aaron Shedlock. The dual narrators are perfect for the sexy, sweet, and fun characters of Graham and Morgyn. They bring to life the fun and loving way of life these two lives while telling the story of their meeting and falling in love.

Ebook Review…A dream come true to those who are Braden/Montgomery Family fans. These two families are forever intertwined with the coming together of Graham Braden and Morygn Montgomery. These are two amazing families who are mentioned throughout this series and now are coming together as couples. I love to reconnect with characters that intrigued me while reading past books and are now the main characters in their own stories.

The persistence in Graham’s need for Morgyn is wonderful. He doesn’t let their differences push him away, he embraces her uniqueness, loves her spirit, and lets her be herself. Morgyn also accepts Graham’s need for control and order, yet she does push him to accept that everything in life in not able to be under his control.

I have to mention the Jericho brothers. Breaking in horses at an ungodly hour without shirts on….mmmm I want to hide on the hill and watch that. I look forward to hearing more about these cowboys.

All around good romance story!

This story was just filled with positive energy and realistic situations resulting I a great romance story all around. I really like to read a story that follows a couple without drama and pretense and just pulls in the normal elements of love, kindness, and worry between couples. Graham "Cracker" and Morgyn are a real love match. Their quirky hippie ways make this a very fun read.

Braden meets Montgomery

Graham and Morgyn are perfect! As always, you cannot go wrong with a Melissa Foster book, I absolutely LOVE the Braden Family & now the Montgomery family as well. Narrators did an amazing job as well. Would definitely recommend to others.

... a match made in Foster heaven.

Two series favorites join forces to put the moves on hearts everywhere. Trails of Love feels like the first time, no matter how many times you read or listen to it. Graham and Morgyn are a match made in Foster heaven. With a hint of heartache along the way.

Wonderful narration!

I listened to the audio version of this book. I have listened to a lot of Melissa Foster books...a lot of the Bradens and Montgomerys. One thing I can say for sure is I like when the narrators change as they did for this one. I love the dual narration and find that if the same narrator or narrators are used again and again, I end up not really paying attention.
The books in this series all have the same style and sometimes I just lose interest if it's the same kind of story line. After listening to her Whiskey Series, I just want more of that different style of book; different type of characters. There is definitely sizzle in Trails of Love, but it's beginning to seem like the main characters aren't very different from those in the series that came before them. They all end up doing something to better the world and their love interest makes some big sacrifice, but even that gets old after awhile.
The narrators did do a wonderful job, hence the 4 stars.
I was gifted a copy of this audio book. All thoughts are my own.

Fun Love Story!

Melissa Foster has written another super great story of the Bradens and Montgomerys. Virginia Rose and Aaron Shedlock narrated it and brought it to life. Morgyn Montgomery is a kind hearted person that met Graham Braden at a festival. He was an investor. They hooked-up again at Morgyn's sister Grace's wedding to Graham's buddy Reed Cross. She called him cracker and he called her sunshine. What a fun story!

I loved this fun, sweet and steamy romance!

I loved this fun, sweet and steamy romance between free spirit, Morgyn Montgomery, and careful planner and businessman, Graham Braden. After their hilarious meet cute, their wild attraction is undeniable and they fall for each other hard and fast. As they spend time together, these opposites start to change each other and open a whole new world to each other. I loved watching the evolution of their relationship, and watching with them, discover how perfect they really are for each other. Of course both of their families are very involved in their lives, being wonderfully loving and supportive. Narrators Virginia Rose, and Aaron Shedlock are so perfect as Morgyn and Graham. Their expressive voices and ability to easily move between fun and flirty to impassioned and poignant is incredible. I love listening to them both and they definitely make this story even better. Morgyn and Graham were so much fun and I loved their epilogue. It also made me very excited to find out more about Morgyn's sister Brindle next.

Good book

This was another great addition to this series with Graham and Morgyn's insta-love story. The pair that are an opposites attract type couple prove that the pair balance each other. The chemistry between the pair was off the charts and their banter as well as their interactions with each other were sweet and at times swoon worthy. I enjoyed the return of the characters from the previous books as well as the appearance of characters from other series that Ms. Foster has written. The plot of their story moved along well and smoothly keeping me interested in their story from the start. The narration performed by Virginia Rose and Aaron Shedlock was performed well making it an enjoyable listening experience. I would recommend this book to others.
