i found this book very easy to follow in clear format and very intersting. Above all it provokes though over the possible benifits of fasting and detoxification. I have also read other information on the and found that Don colbert delivers this well and sell the message soundly there is a need for more clinical research and this seems to be lacking in many claims around fasting Zoe Harcombe has written many key points around this. But does go on to say although everything is not proven it does not mean it wont work.
