Both ideas jointly together show important ways to prevent a dystopia and to use the new technologies, such as industry 4.0, artificial intelligence, machine learning, digital twins, chatbots, augmented reality, cobots, robotics, cloud, autonomous cars, smart data, digital transformation, etc., to humanize the corporate world, including a focus on ethics, compliance, and sustainability.
The COVID-19 pandemic acted as a disruptor and, in most cases, intensified the already existing currents. Action is required!
