  • Why setting boundaries and rules are so important
  • How to set those rules at each stage of your child’s development
  • What kinds of discipline are best suited to your child’s personality

Even if you’re a first time parent with no experience handling your child’s most challenging and yet most important years, this audiobook can help you keep calm and develop a disciplinary strategy to raise healthy, happy children.

Good but...

A lot of the ideas are good. But, I wish she’d have gone into more detail about why spanking is bad. And that it’s not a “last resort” parenting tactic.
Also, a lot of these ideas seem more about punishment for normal emotions.
