Is it even possible for toddlers to do as they’re told? Can parents guide their kids effectively without resorting to punishment and yelling? Story
Raising a child is a hard job. When they are babies, they require from us much attention, but once they become toddlers, it is a different game. Especially for busy parents, this task may seem difficult, and at times, you may feel to be a failure. It is not uncommon, in fact, to feel overwhelmed when your child throws tantrums for silly reasons, refuses to go to bed, or does not stop fighting with his little brother over and over again.

Story
Anyone can be a parent, but one of life's biggest challenges is to become a firm, fair, and respectful parent without punishments that hurt your children. One point that parents can struggle with is toddler discipline. Toddlers are egocentric little people that live in the present moment 100 percent of their time. Toddlers are so innocent in their mischievousness that they can make it very hard to enforce any discipline on them.

Story
Toddlers are difficult to deal with on the best of days. They are temperamental. They make demands. They try to get their way whenever they can. You may think just by hearing this that your toddler is doing all of it on purpose. Why else would they spontaneously start screaming bloody murder in the middle of the toy aisle when you tell them for the umpteenth time that they cannot have that toy they were asking for?

Story
Learn how to recognize if your child is suffering from oppositional defiant disorder (ODD) and deal with it with nonmedical solutions. It can be quite difficult to recognize the difference between an emotional or stubborn child and a child with ODD. The syndrome mostly shows in teenagers but can manifest in younger children too. It’s completely normal in the course of a child’s development to show certain symptoms of defiance and anger, but the line can be easily crossed if you don’t react in time.

Whether it is "good" or "bad", children's behavior stems from their parents. Even the tiniest things we do - they notice and try to copy. They see our positive traits and mirror them too, but we usually tend to notice children's "bad" behavior more often because it stands out from the norm. If you have a child that is having a hard time controlling their emotions and improving their behavior, and you are out of ideas - this book has a solution for you!

Great book for every parent
This book has some good key points on how to discipline your child with a great balance. It gives key pointers of when and where and how to use them. It’s a good reminder for things that we may need to hear again from another expert even if we know them already.
