Özet

Caitriona Macleod gave up her career as an investigative reporter for the role of perfect wife. Spoiled by American narrator trying to do Scottish accent and mispronouncing English words.

Narrator’s pronunciation of ‘Graham’ as one syllable is really distracting and grating, especially as he is one of the main characters.

Needs a different narrator

Awful American accent. Scots sounds more Irish. Mispronounced words. Horrible grandmother. Just terrible. On chapter 16. Not sure I can go on.

Dreadful narration

Storyline was ok. Didn’t really warm to the main characters and listening was spoiled by the narrator’s awful Scottish accent.

I found the main character pretty annoying.
The story was predictable, however was easy listening. Beautifully read.
